how do you get rid of a sneezing fit that happens every 5 minutes?

i have a sneezing fit every 5 minutes, and i just got over the cold 3 weeks ago. im not allergic to anything

i have a dance performance this weekend

I do not know where you live but this is the time of year for allergies with all the flowers and trees blooming....There are many over the counter drugs for this and do offer relief...I use Benadryl but only at night as it causes sleepiness ..another good one is Claritin and it does not cause drowsiness...just take as the package directs according to your age....It will help tremendously...
