You need to wean off the Seroquel slowly, just like you went on it.
Keep taking it in the pm, just take a little bit less each day. You should be able to sleep this way.
Rozerem is a wimpy sleeping pill, btw. It's the wimpiest prescription sleep aid there is. If you really need a sleeping pill, might as well take one that works. Ask your doctor if it's possible to mix a benzodiazapine with the Seroquel. Be aware that benzodiazapines are addictive. You won't be able to sleep if you suddenly stop them either. Ambien is another good sleeping pill that works for almost everyone, but it is also adictive.

I've got a similar problem. I'm slowly weaning myself off of Seroquel. It's taking time. At the peak, I was taking 700 mg per day, I'm down to about 30 mg. My next step will be to substitute Valerian root. When I'm really tired, I can sleep without the Seroquel, but it's still hard. I think part of the problem is in having been on this med for years.
Anyway, good luck. If you want, let me know how it goes for you.

Your body is use to it. So give it some time, mean while try something natural like camomille tea in warm milk, or valeriana tablets (the tea really bitter) 1 hour before bedtime. I think that if you are concious of what is going on, your brain will be patient. Hope it helps. Good luck.

You need to contact your GP to arrange withdrawal of sedation gradually now that you are hooked, rather than look for more pills.
