Look, every guy is different. Some of us are self centered pretty boys that only want sex. Some are shy quiet guys that only want sex. What you really need to know is that eventually you will find a guy that likes you for you. not for your looks, or how often you put out, but because of your personality, your likes and dislikes. He's out there somewhere, you just need to be patient

...guys flirt with you because they like you hun...not the latter. Enjoy all the attention so long as it's welcoming hun. They won't know anything about you really until you let them hun...so be open but guarded all at the same time babe. Different guys will have different wants and desires with you babe...but you knew this kinda stuff already hun...didn't you? Like the guys you like hun...and be kind in your dispersal of the guys you don't. Sometimes a flower ends up being a weed to pulled out of your garden. Sometimes what looks like a weed turns into a beautiful flower eventually. Walk softly in your own garden hun...cause allot of flowers and weeds will grow in it ornately if you don't tend to it properly. Anyone steps into your garden causing mischief needs to get overtly tossed out of your personal garden too. It's your garden babe...and no one Else's really. Guard it with both your heart and your mindfulness darling. Tend to it properly...and it will service you well..possibly for a lifetime. Are ya getting all this stuff down hun? LOL!!! The fact is that the initial attraction is "physical". Our eyes meet someone and they make an assessment merely on eye contact.
Personally I love a girl who is intelligent, natural, does not put on false presentations, decent looking and does not have to be a beauty queen.
But you know, GOD made each of us for a reason so HE does not make junk. Each of us in on this earth for a reason.
Just remember that you are unique. Nobody has the same fingerprints/DNA as you. There may be other "similar" to you..............but there's only one YOU.

You may not like this answer but a male initially looks at a female for sex ...it is just a primitive instinct...we cannot help it. Most of the time we can curb our desires and look at you for what you are inside. If you want to continue a relationship with someone..just start talking..that is the clue that you are interested.

Good luck with that. Not to sound mean but unless these men that are flirting with you are in their late 20's early 30's they don't really give a damn about who you are. Hate to sound blunt but even men in their late 20's and 30's are like that.

Be yourself, and find a guy that you like, have common interests,etc. Don't wait for them to pick you. Most guys are really bad at this. Find one you like, make yourself accessible and he will get the idea.

your best bet it to find a guy and talk to him online like over MSn or something, that way if they get a crush on you, it will solely be based on personality, then they can see the looker you are
