uh i ate 2 brownies, 2 cookies, a tuna sandwhich, an orange, a bowl of cereal, and a hundred calorie pack with 3 grams of fat. how can i make myself throwup if i have zero gag reflex cause i ate WAY TOOOO MUCH and i dont know why and i feel sick. im 5'6 125 pounds/

well making yourself throw up is a stupid stupid idea. Overreating, which you didn't even come close to doing, is not a big deal and you are skinny to begin with. If you feel sick to your stomach, take some pepto bismol or drink some sprite and take it easy. You are only 125 lbs. you shouldn't even be considering throwing food back up, no matter how much you weigh or how much food you ate.

Don't be stupid. Any effects of naturally digesting your food is way better than the effects of making yourself throw it up. The stomach acid that is used to digest your food is not meant for the lining of your esophagus or your teeth. If you continue the habit of throwing up, your teeth will rot out and you'll be forced to get veneers which are expensive, never look as natural as your own teeth and can be a painfully long process. Not to mention you'll have to get new ones every 10 years. Also, you run the risk of developing chronic heartburn and throat cancer. Point being, if your unhappy with the results of your actions, you shouldn't have done it in the first places and need to learn from it.

Don't even think of it. This one act will spiral into an obsession that will ruin your life. Ask anyone that's suffered from an eating disorder for any length of time and they will tell you the same thing.

Best thing to do is to wait an hour, then go for a long walk. The fresh air will make you feel better, and if you walk fast enough, you'll keep your metabolism going to burn off calories faster.

I know it's hard, but keep shoving your fingers down your throat to activate your gag reflex. Use a wooden spoon if you have to.

There are a lot of pro-anorexia web sites out there. I suggest you check those out for some good tips and tricks.

Dont make yourself throw up. Your on the verge of being underweight anyway. One day of eating so much isnt going to make you gain any weight (maybe a pound or two at max). It takes 3500 calories to make one lb.

Throwing up is the worst thing ever!!! I hate to throw up. I am averaging probably one barf per every 10 years I hate it THAT much.

Okay, that said: drink some peppermint tea or chamomile tea -- that will help your stomach. Also, ginger (candied or tea) will help if your stomach is upset. And, if you ate too much -- walk. It helps to keep moving to avoid that gut-bomb feeling from overeating.

You don't want to get in the habit of throwing up. There are much worse health risks associated with purging (throwing up) than with eating too much and the temporary discomfort associated with it!

why would u wanna make urself throwup , thats stupid , ur weights fine ur not fat just try not to eat so much next time if it bothers u that bad

Why don't you go exercises instead of having the horrible experience of throwing up? or are you too lazy to move your a$$?
