you could have low blood sugar if you have either not eaten in the last 2 hours, or more, or if you have just had a sugar fix (eaten lots of sugary sweets or foods) half an hour ago. You should eat some non sugary carbohydrate to combat this- eg bread and butter/ toast and butter, or a bowl of pasta and sauce, and cheese, if you are thirsty try milk or a milky tea/coffee e.g cafe latte. Dont bother with all the sugar, a small amount is fine, but too much and you will send your blood sugar sky high, only to drop suddenly and you to be in the same position half an hour later.

If you normally smoke you could be experiencing withdrawal symptoms- but then you'd probably be feeling anxious aswel.

If you are on or have started a course or anti depressants- such as seroxat/paroxotine/paxil (its the same anti depressant but has many different names) a really common side effect is to have tremors or "the shakes", its like feeling you are all jittery and cannot stop moving, you also experiane this if you are trying to withdraw from the drug.

If you have done alot of exercise- even if you have eaten, you may not have eaten enough for your body to get enough glucose and so you may well be experiencing low blood sugar. Solve the problem in the same way.

It could be a build up of too much caffeine in your system, or if you take medications, it could be a reaction. The best thing is to see your family doctor. If you do not have one, one of the local urgent care facitlities could see you and possibly help find out. Good Luck in your search. this was answered by magic mans wife

you're in all likelihood in marvel from choking. you will in all likelihood provide up shaking as quickly as you recover from the marvel. perhaps once you awaken the following day you have stopped shaking. i'm guessing it is not something to stress approximately, in simple terms attempt and relax.

Sometimes this can happen if you`re over tired. I would GET OFF THE COMPUTER.....make yourself a nice hot drink, wrap up warm, and snuggle up in bed with extra pillows. Bet you feel better in the morning.

It could be low blood sugar, or even low blood pressure. Also, it might be worthwhile checking to see if your heart is beating very fast because that would make you shaky too. I would go visit the doctor to be sure.
