what are some ways to get rid of my stomache? I know walking, running, jogging helps.. but what are some other things?

Well you wouldn't want to get rid of your stomach, lol, but if you're referring to getting rid of belly fat, then there are two steps involved:
1. Dieting or eating healthy
2. Exercising
Your body uses up any fat after it has consumed all of the energy from carbohydrates, so eating right and less calories helps use up all that excess fat. Secondly exercising helps use up all those calories as well to tone your muscle.
Keep in mind that you can't get rid of just belly fat, because fat is lost proportionally, which means working out your abs won't necessarily just remove fat from there, and likewise, working out any other body part will help lose just as much belly fat.

Try the South Beach Diet. It is easy to follow and great for your heart. The first 3 days are the worst but the books available have many different menu's and they also have several deserts that are very good. You will lose wieght (your stomach) quickly and safely. It is a low fat low carb diet. Again it very heart friendly and alot better than the Atkins diet which is high fat, low carb. Good luck!

ok in simple terms wanna say dont even attempt the anorexia thingy. Thats in simple terms nasty. do some crunches, bypass working, Do take a seat ups. which will completely artwork. have faith me. do in simple terms a gaggle of tummy workouts. Google "abdomen Tightening workouts" i'm specific you will discover lots of basic strategies to lose that tummy! sturdy success woman! : )
