First of all assume she does not like you. Second impress her, tell her you think she is hot and you want her email address ( Phone numbers are not the way anymore). Then email her telling her you think she is attractive and serious relationship material, then ask her on a date.

UUUHHH, How about asking her or trying to get to know her and see where things go? You can't just say that u like her and you dont know if she likes you and ask what to do. Naturally, people would tell you to try talking to her.
