you can use utorrent and download torrents from torrentspy.com

I use uTorrent but I think Ares is pretty good too.
These are "torrent" downloading programs, so you can download just about anything with that file extension (.torrent).
"Download Express"...i think its an add-on for web browsers.
I'm not really sure what you would like the best. People prefer different programs for downloading.
I prefer getting torrents from http://www.isohunt.com

I like SoulSeek very much BUT if you stick with music. For other things Limewire is very good...

use lime wire for your downloads
limewire is really good and fast and better search results

Ares is terrible. Use Limewire.
