I adopted a female dog from the shelter.Shes 3 months.She poo and pee all over the house.How can i teach my new pet to poo and pee outside?Thanks!My carpet is a disaster!

Get a tie out chain. If your dog is small, might I suggest a light weight chain.
If you have a completely fenced yard, Leave her out there for about an hour at a time. Even if she whines to come in, leave her. She will eventually do her business and then let her inside. ********PRAISE HER A LOT! SHE WILL WANT TO GO OUTSIDE IF SHE GETS REWARDED FOR DOING SO ********You want to do this after every meal, after playtime, and before and after she goes into her crate. REMEMBER!PUPPIES ARE JUST LIKE BABIES!
