Strange as it sounds....................1 calorie LESS than if it had not been toasted. Check the outside of the loaf to see how many calories per slice.

well, it depends what kind of bread it is.

white is usually has more than whole wheat.

usually one slice of whole wheat is 80 calories...but it really depends on the brand and all that.
