2 pounds elbow macaroni
12 eggs
1 cup cubed Velveeta cheese
1/2 pound (2 sticks) butter, melted
6 cups half-and-half, divided
4 cups grated sharp yellow Cheddar, divided
2 cups grated extra-sharp white Cheddar
1 1/2 cups grated mozzarella
1 cup grated Asiago
1 cup grated Gruyere
1 cup grated Monterey Jack
1 cup grated Muenster
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon black pepper

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Bring a large saucepan of salted water to a boil. Add the macaroni and cook until slightly al dente, about 10 minutes. Drain and set aside to keep warm.
Whisk the eggs in a large bowl until frothy.

Combine the Velveeta, butter and 2 cups of the half-and-half in a large bowl. Add the warm macaroni tossing until the cheese has melted and the mixture is smooth. Add the remaining half-and-half, 3 cups of the sharp yellow Cheddar, the remaining grated cheeses, and salt and pepper, tossing until completely combined.

Pour the mixture into a 9 by 13-inch casserole or baking dish and bake for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with the remaining 1 cup of sharp yellow cheese and bake until golden brown on top, about 30 minutes more.

Serve hot.

Emeril's Mac and Cheese:

Yum! I love making this.

55 min 10 min prep
6-8 servings

6 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/2 lb elbow macaroni
6 tablespoons all-purpose flour
3 cups whole milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 pinch cayenne
2 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese (about 6 ounces)
1/2 cup fine breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon Essence of Emeril

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Butter a 2-quart baking dish with 1 tablespoon of the butter and set aside.
2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the macaroni and cook until al dente, about 10 minutes. Drain in a colander and rinse under cold running water. Drain well.
3. Melt the remaining 5 tablespoons butter in a heavy 3-quart saucepan over medium heat.
4. Add the flour, and stirring constantly with a wooden spoon, cook over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes, being careful not to let the flour brown.
5. Using a whisk, add the milk in a steady stream and cook, whisking constantly, until thick and smooth, 4 minutes. Remove from the heat.
6. Add the salt, pepper, cayenne, and 2 cups of the cheese, and stir well. Add the noodles and stir well. Pour into the prepared dish.
7. In a mixing bowl, combine the remaining 1/2 cup of cheese with the bread crumbs and Essence. Sprinkle evenly over the macaroni and bake until golden brown and bubbly, about 25 minutes.
8. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Can't help with simple and easy, sorry, sounds nasty

If you are actualy gonna eat some food, make it good

make some nice pasta, then melt some GOOD cheese in with some milk

then mayeb use 3 kinds of cheese if you want to get fancy

maybe some breadcrumbs with butter on top

then bake it for an hour or so.

be sure to have some veggies with it
