Excuse me?
Just a bit vague. Where did Jesus or anyone command people to have faith at all? The commandments are for those who have faith, and that is a choice. As far as speech, I'm not sure what you mean there either. And relation to witness? Are you talking about the relationship a person has with a witness, a relationship between God and a witness?
The question is really worded poorly, to the point of being incomprehensible.

im sorry but when were in board meetings faith is the last thing on anyones mind.when your on a plane about to crash,you stick your head between your knees and kiss your *** goodbye.
