Any good hotels in the sun with great gyms?

Hi guys,
Looking to go away for a week in the sun.
Somewhere hot and by the sea hopefully.
The hotel however must have areally good gym, good weights room ideally.
Anyone ever been to one?
I'd love to hear from people.

San Diegos Coronado Island is probably one of the best Ive been to.
