can you perm hair that has been bleached?

It is not suggested that you do that, you could damage your hair and end up with patches. I suggest you wait until your hair grows out the bleach or go to a hair dresser who can tell you whats safest.... better safe than sorry with patches of your hair falling out.

omg ur black and u bleached ur hair that is sooooo bad girl and u have the nerve to try and ask if u can perm man u must not want hair
