I love POM (poemgranite) juice, and it's very good for you. Think it's ok for my kids to have? They're ages 6 & 4

It's fine, just make sure you limit fruit juice consumption to 8 ounces per day.

No problems as its fruit juice. But as with anything like this there is natural sugars in it. if you drink vast quantities every day you will rot your teeth. People forget about the sugar in natural juices.
Also if you have too much in a day its like having too much fruit, it can give you digestive problems and a bad tummy...
So I would give it to them yes, but as with everthing in moderation! So no drinking mmore than abt most 3 or 4 glasses a day.
I remember a story about some kids fed sunny Delight everyday..for all drinks, the collouring in the drink made the kids turn yellow!!
So easily does it!
Enjoy!

I have always heard most juices are good for children. I know people that have kids that drink it and they love it. I have never heard of a doctor objecting it either.

i think of that particularly relies upon. One or 2 beverages might in all probability be ok. i does no longer get too decrease than the impact of alcohol in spite of the incontrovertible fact that, they might want you. If there grow to be an emergency or an coincidence to happen and you had to circulate to the emergency room, going there smelling like a brewery in all probability isn't any longer a sturdy theory. and there's a reason they're referred to as injuries. . . they take place out of no the place. purely one thing to remember.

Yes, But don't drink too much of it. It is okay because it has vitamins and minerals in it. The juice is healthy but has a ton of calories so don't drink too much of it.

It sure is ok for kids to drink, but you may want to add just a little bit of water because my kids think its a little too sour. Add just a tad of water though!!! I REALLY hope that they enjoy it as much as we do!

Its excellent for them-full of rich antioxidants. My daughter (12) likes it watered down just a bit. Yummy stuff-ever had a fresh pomegranite? Lovely!
