I clean it everyday, but now that it's almost finally healed, it's looking a bit dry. Anything I can do?

What are you using to clean it? If you're using soap, that would be the problem. Soaps are harsh and drying to the skin, they will also prolong healing.
If you're just doing sea salt soaks, then your solution may be too strong. it should be 1/8 tsp sea salt to 8 oz warm water.
If you're using tea tree oil, rubbing alcohol, bactine or peroxide, then stop immediately. None of those products are meant for piercings, all are too harsh.

Don't use any type of oil on it. Moisturizers are also a bad idea. Just change your cleaning (at most 2 times a day for an almost healed piercing) and it should be fine (it will take a little time for the skin to recover, but you should see improvement within a week or two)

Put Bag Balm on it, it's an antiseptic and it will moisturize it.
The first person said put olive oil on it, absolutely do not put any kind of oil on it. Any body piercing studio will tell you not to use oils, as they will trap bacteria inside, even though it's nearly healed. This is why I use bag balm. Are you over-cleaning it? At this stage (almost healed) you should not be using alcohol or peroxide, just warm compresses to get the dry skin off and anti-bacterial soap when it needs cleaned. ; )
