-i get itchy skin mainly on the palms of my hands and on my feet.just comes and goes with out warning and no physical signs but generally i get the itching on every part of my body. any ideas ??

lotion lotion lotion! this time of the season can dry your body out so much, your skin will itch like crazy!
Another possiblilty-exsama(spelled wrong, but spelled like sounded) my best friend has it and she gets a cream from the store to put on it. It really works and their are plenty of kinds out there.

Also, check around your house to see if their is maybe something causing it-flees, bugs, a plant your allergic too, ect ect.

This is more than likely a allergy or autoimmune response. Try to chart when you get this and recall what you ate prior to an episode. Also, cut out soda.

personallly i blame biological washing powder if your any way sensitive in the skin department. Give it a miss for a while and see how things go. worked for me. good luck.

Athelete's fungus of some sort - make sure your shoes are clean and dry and watch where you put your hands and step w/bare feet.

try aquaphor ointment i had the same problem and my doctor recommended this oint. to me is really usefull. a little expensive but it will work.
