If they leave them open and do things to call attention to themselves, it must mean that they enjoy the audience. Maybe they get off on you watching them.
Or, maybe your just sick!
Who knows? Not me!

Wow you of course choose to style...If I have been you i might take some very drastic measures yet for the sake of no longer likely to detention center, why dont you log each and each experience. purely such as you probably did right here in Y! solutions. different than be very particular approximately dates and circumstances. save this log VERY up thus far. That way you have ammo while some thing is declared to the home board. you are able to tutor a historic past of malicous harrassment. Video tape isnt a foul theory the two. have a small video digital camera and whenever you notice this of course jealose previous bat coming near you with that "seem" on her face purely whip out your digital camera and see what she has to assert. I wager she abruptly exhibits her manners.

You don't say what you mean by looking in their windows. If you are at where you would normally be (your house, the sidewalk, etc), I see nothing wrong with a momentary glace. If you're pulling up a lawn chair to watch them, then it's wrong. A person should have the right to do as they wish while in their home, (within legal limits), but if they choose to do it with their blinds open, they are willing to allow people to see. When I see a neighbors door open, I glance, but that's it. A few seconds, then I'm done.

Yes it is rude.
However, I do it now and then.
I figure if they don't want people to look in, then they will shut the curtains or blinds.
But I wouldn't stand outside staring in. My policy is to continue walking, although at a somewhat slower pace.

One of our neighbors has the blinds taped shut on all their windows so there is no chance of anyone peeking in. She informed me this is because they prefer to be naked at home.

I think people give up their right to privacy when their windows are wide open. Not saying to stand 6 inches from the window and stare like a lunatic, but if you're walking by and the MILFy Housewife is dusting, go ahead and take a peek.

I think that this may seem rude and if the person catches you that can be an uncomfortable situation. My best suggestion would be to let them know that without the proper shades or garments upon the windows they are very visible to the neighborhood.

Yes it is rude to look into your neighbor's window. I'm sure your eyes inadvertantly glance over there once in a while but to stand there and stare is just plain rude.

Ha ha.. It is rude but I ain't gonna lie, I peek in whatever chance I have! Lol- Not my neighbors cause they're smart enough to be private but wherever i go i find it fascinating when I'm able to look into someone else's living rooms!

Just because someone chooses not to put their shades down or close their curtains doesn't mean that they want to be spied on. Not only is it rude, it is also illegal.

It is fine if you are like five years old, looking for your best friend next door. I am assuming that you are not. So, it is rude to look into their windows. It's like you are trying to see what they have, or you are a peeping tom. It is WRONG.
