How about you don't! 2lb a week is the healthy amount to lose!
2 stone in a month would be dangerous and wouldnt be actual fat, you would put that weight back on very quick aswell seeing as it would be mostly water

Ok ....everyone else is correct. 2 stone in a month is extremely drastic and not healthy for you. HOWEVER, I don't think that's the answer you wanted to hear when you posted the question.
I've tried every diet under the sun. The one thing that is vital is exercise and drinking at LEAST 2 LITRES of water a day.
I have done the Cambridge Diet before. It is food replacement(shakes, mousses and bars). Its very similar to the LIGHTER life diet... but about half the cost. It contains all the RDA s, but is virtually carb free and only around 450 calories a day!!! I found that after the 1st week, which was VERY hard, I was no longer hungry!! I lost nearly 3 stone in 3 months. It worked for me, but you have to be extremely self disciplined. It's not for everyone and you must answer their medical questionaire honestly, I actually asked my doctor 1st if there was any medical reason why I shouldn't do it. I'd advise anyone to do the same.
Good luck , I hope this person is worth it!!

Sensibly and safely you can't, and if you do weight loss at that level is usually temporary.
Type guaranteed weight loss into google and you get 1 1/4 million sites! Does that not give you a hint that they are generally all a con?
Eat a balanced diet with plenty of fruit and veg. Around 1,500 calories.
Take a healthy amount of exercise 30-40 minutes of vigorous exercise per day 4-5 days a week. I hate to think what percentage of the UK population does that 2%? 5%?
No special diet,no herbal/dangerous/illegal drugs will fix it for you in 10 minutes without the need for me to get off the couch!

liposuction. No other way. No type of diet can make you lose this type of weight. If you are massively overweight you could lose around 10lbs in the first two weeks due to fluid loss as well as weight. After that your weight loss will stabilise to 2-3lbs per week, but you would have to be so heavy that a 2 stone loss would only be a dent in what you need to lose. If you only need to lose 2-3 stone then it would be impossible and very unhealthy to try and make that type of loss in that time and as soon as you stop the weight will pile back on. Only in fat, you would have burnt your muscles trying to lose that type of weight in such a short time.

Distracted dining can get you in trouble. Avoid eating when in front of a television or in a movie theatre, as you're bound to consume more calories.

Are your dishes too big? A healthy dinner should fit using a 9-inch plate. You may know that kid-sized plates are more appropriately sized to feed an adult!
