I am opening up a taco shop and I am having trouble trying to find a special scoop that is used to fill taco shells with the meat filling. I've talked to several people that worked at taco bell that said that they used these trough shaped scoops that premeasured the amount to fill the taco. I have been on hundreds of websites. I dont know the proper name of such a scoop and where I can purchase such an item. Please help!!!

Find a local supplier of Restaurant Equipement. They carry most anything needed. Who ever you are buying your wholesale food supplies might also carry them or be able to provide yu with a source.
