I have a ribeye steak in the fridge and can't really be bothered to do anything fancy with. (As it's so late) Can anyone suggest a quick and easy recipe other than steak mushrooms and onions?
Thanx

Steak Marinade, Quick and Easy:

20 min 5 min prep
2-3 servings

1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons minced garlic, from jar is fine
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1. Mix it all together and marinade steak for 30 minutes to overnight.
2. Garlic will be stronger the longer you marinade.
3. Don't be afraid of the garlic it makes the steak taste wonderful!
4. Either grill the steaks or pan fry them in butter.
5. Either way they're great!
6. I do both; I grill them til they're almost done then finish the cooking by pan frying.
7. This turns an average grocery store steak into a delicious good restaurant tasting steak.

Hi Loulou,
Rub it with a piece of garlic, press some black pepper into it (cracked peppercorns or coarsly ground if poss), sprinkle a little Worchestershire Sauce over it (if no W/Sauce try a some Soya sauce or a little of your favourite barbeque sauce).
Let it stand for a while to absorbe flavours, 10 mins is good, 30 mins is better.
Fry your steak in a little olive oil. When cooked to suit your taste, remove steak from pan and add fresh Cream to the juices on low heat. Increase heat whilst stirring continuously. Add a good splash of liquor and continue stirring until you have a thickish sauce to pour over the steak. Brandy is a good liquor but be adventurous with Tequila, Pernod, Whiskey. All are good. ENJOY

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://bitly.im/aNE4f

The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true
