council bluffs is a major iowa gambling market (just across from Omaha, Nebraska) but there are other riverboat and indian properties nowadays.

I am not sure where in Iowa specifically you would find one, but if you go to yahoo yellow pages, enter the city and then enter "casino" for your search. Should bring up some places.
