At my school international students are not eligible for any grants or scholarships given by the university. However, there may be some private scholarships that they can receive, I'm not sure. Generally though an internaitonal student is already expected to have the funds at hand to fund their education.

Most scholarships require the applicant to be a US born citizen there are scholarships out there for foreign students, but you need to look since there're not a lot out there.
