ba1 qi4 - means agressive in Mandarin...

Can;t help with cantonese or fukkien or hokkien or min nan or wu etc... if you dont know the dialect or where she is from its kinda hard.

Bhaji means green vegetables in Punjabi and some other Indian languages.

Sorry, but I think she's most likely saying something negative.

qī [chee] means 'wife'

bā [bah] means 'cling to'

If she happens to be from southern Brazil, or Agentina, paraguay or uruguay, it would be a meaningless expression used to express irritation, surprise or dismay (similar to what the hell, or wtf, but not as impolite (since the words are meaningless))
