ok so im buliding a go kart right. i dont know wat 2 make it out of. i would like somthing that is at least 3 of these things.

1)light
2)easy to work with
3)cheap
4)faliry strong
5)paintable

PVC Pipe, is cheap, light, easy to work with and you can mold it or shape it anyway you like it. It is pretty cool too.

Aluminum angle stock. Box it for rails.

1) light
2) cuts with a hack saw
3) pretty cheap
4) very strong
5) paint with metal paints

aluminium chasis, steering rods, steel engine mount, use any plastic seat to drive on.

to paint over that u gota cover it wit a layer of fiber glass sheets
