you would think that an all powerful god would not have any trouble at all in "uncreating" one of his creations that has gone bad.
and don't forget Satan rebelled before man sinned,so its not mans battle, its gods.
god has no excuses just choices to make and he never seems to make the right ones.
if god had a war with some of his angels then he should have just uncreated them and not use it as an excuse for free will.
its like god needs Satan ,as if god could not provide man with the choice free will himself
oh,but that would make god evil if he tempted man him self
LMAO
JAN ur wrong about predestination
God does predestinate mans future
some of us will go to heaven and some of us will go to hell
by gods choice.
if your name is not written in the lambs book of life your going to hell
and god is the one who does all the writing not man.
since your so well versed in the bible I'll let you look it up in revelations.

According to the original texts of your Bible, you are not here to fight satan; you already were present when that war was started by satan in the last earth age, and since many followed satan, and many others stayed neutral and didn't care, God destroyed that age that was (not the earth, the terafirma - just the age) and brought in this earth age (the second). We are here to make an ultimate choice of who we will follow.
That was Gods plan, rather than to just destroy all those children who weren't exactly loyal. Only one group stayed faithful to God, and that group was named then, as Gods Election; It will be Gods Election who will be delivered up before Antichrist, not any and every Christian.
So your answer is, no, you are here to make a choice, unless you are one of the Elect. If you were indeed one of the Elect, you would probably understand this already,
unless God hasn't wakened you to it yet.
We win the war thru Christ and his Elect.
Meanwhile, free will is essential, and God will not interfere with that - the misery you see is what man gets when he wants to run things for himself.
Gods Election do not have free will, so God can move them around and use them to suit his purposes. Why? Because they already proved themselves; they were already judged, and so they don't require freewill.
They are here for a specific purpose; to
fight with Christ.
You can read of all three earth ages in Second Peter.

God gave man free will, and we have to make the choice over good and evil. I am a Christian and realize there are many mysteries about God, but I trust, love and believe in him with all my heart. There is only 1 Satan but he has many demons that follow his orders. My belief is Satan is very powerful and I must be very diligent when he tries to sway me and I simply call God and hes gone, He hates the word God or Jesus. God will win the war when Jesus returns, but I do not know when that will be, only know it will happen. If you read Revelations you will see that alot of what it says is already happening in our world today. The other thing I know is my life was horrid before Jesus came into my life. Not that I dont have trials or tribulations but always know everything happens for a reason and as long as I love and give God my all it always works out for the best. I have had so many miracles in my life happen that I can't believe some of them actually happened. I don't like what is happening in the world today either but my belief is there are many Anti-Christs and they too are powerful, we just have to make the choice. Hope this helps, have much more to say but this is long enough for now.

AAAAHHHHHHHh FREE WILL
That answer is killing me.......
Christians throw it out there as if it explains why their God is justified in creating millions of people who he knows are destined for endless pain and suffering. It is INSANITY. You all sound like a bunch of parrots who haven't spent the time to think through your philosophy, and realize that it is incredibly CRUEL.
You say we have free will, but read JOB and understand that GOD and Satan were betting on his response to pain. His family members weren't even included in the discussion, but paid for the experiment with their lives.
Then claim free will, and read about how Adam and Eve had NO knowledge of good or evil when they were being tempted. In essence God allowed Satan to tempt Eve, knowing she wasn't logically equipped to defend herself. He allowed the temptation of a woman who didn't know right from wrong and knew that if she ate the apple, millions of people would burn in hell. He did it anyway.
If I know you are going to walk into traffic because we are talking and you aren't paying attention. Should I let you walk along, and when you are killed claim that I was granting you free will by not physically stopping you? That is Cruel, but exactly what happened to Eve.
Free will, disgusting

God tells us to be overcomers and our reward is in heaven. Satan is the prince of this world and agony, misery, hate and crime are the fruits of Satan.

One of the main purposes of life is to experience things, good and bad, so that we can learn and grow as individuals. If God took away all the hate and crime and evil and bad stuff that goes on, we wouldn't learn as much from this life. We also wouldn't be able to appreciate the good things in life as much.
For example if you had a child that you kept at home sheltered from the world and gave them everything they wanted, they would be spoiled and sheltered and not know how to handle real life and real relationships with other people. This is similar to our lives on earth. We are here to experience the good and the bad and learn from them. If God took away everything bad, we wouldn't have that growing opportunity.

Incredible, the answers you've received, isn't it? None of them make any sense whatsoever. "Because of free will?" What the heck does that mean? If you believe in god, you can't believe in free will (if god is all powerful and knows everything, you can't really make any choices can you because they are predetermined). He's weeding out the faithful? Why doesn't he show himself, so all his "children" can be faithful? It's all total nonsense, time for people to grow up and stop believing in such a ridiculous concept as "god".

Ask your friend Satan all about that since you think he's so "beautiful." He's the one who caused all that agony, misery, hatred, and crime.
And while you're at it, why don't you ask God all your questions about Him from now on? Since you despise us Christians and our beliefs, why should we waste any more time on you?
Unless, of course, you're afraid that God might actually exist.

Because that is Gods will and God does what God wants to do. We are just here for the ride hoping in some small way to stay out of the cross hairs.

Because of free will. If God was to take it away what would be the point of learning redemption, empathy, love, hate, and all the things we learn during our life? I would like to live my life the way I want not be a robot of some higher power that decided I should do a certain thing. If that means suffering and living and learning I'm all for it.
