i am in the USA and still play at Poker Stars, Full Tilt, Ultimate Bet and Bodog. WSEX should also be ok. might be hard to get money on there initially, but once you do, you're fine.

Party won't work in America now. But Poker Stars is still good. You can also try Full Tilt.
The first link is to a list of online poker sites that still accept American players. The second link is to the best way to transfer money in and out of online poker sites. It works like Neteller used to, but with the added benefit that you can use the virtual Visa card to buy things online. You can even get a real Visa debit card from them and take your poker winnings out of an ATM or simply buy stuff at a store.

Well, the bill you refer to has already passed (last year).
I still play on PokerStars, though I've heard that it's difficult to deposit now. I have friends playing on Full Tilt. While I don't play poker there, I have a sportsbetting account at Bodog and I'm able to use my debit card to deposit. It may be the easiest one for poker right now.

Absolute Poker has a pretty good base of players and still accepts US players. However, Neteller is out, but it's easy to get an Epassporte account to fund your poker account with or just get some prepaid VISA and use them.
Absolute also has some killer 100% deposit bonus' and weekly $150k and $60k tourneys that you can freeroll your way into!

There's plenty of sites allowing Americans. http://www.ultimatepokerbankroll.com has a list of sites allowing Americans to play for Real Money, plus rakeback and other offers on these sites.

Bodog.com is the only poker site that I know of right now accepting deposits from accounts on U.S. land. It is a decent site and a decent sportsbook as well.
Other than that I am not sure. I used to have accounts at Ultimatebet, Fulltilt and PokerStars, but they stopped me from being able to deposit and withdraw money, so I went with Bodog and they have been good to me.
I also suggest contacting your local congressman and let him/her know that you want this restriction on on-line gambling removed! If everyone does this, it might help bring back on-line gambling to U.S. shores.
