I personally don't...I think that it is an inventive way of explaining evil in the world or something to blame it on--an excuse for horrendous behavior....People need to grow up and take responsibility for their lives and actions...

The Devil? As in Satan aka Lucifer aka The Prince of Lies, The Morning Star? That Devil?
Nope, I don't believe in `im.
The Good and Ill done to this world and those who live on it are of our own making. The Devil is just an excuse that some people use as a scapegoat for their own temptations and actions.

Yes. I believe that he is a fallen angel and was once high on the list of people God trusted and respected. But, because he decided that his way was the best, and was unable to listen- or unwilling to listen- he was cast out of God's presence for eternity. He will never get the chance to have a body, this is why he's so darn mad. All the spirits he took with him are also mad at us who have bodies. They are trying to cause us to sin so much that God won't allow us back into his presence. He's mad at God and wants to cause him pain. This is why he does what he does.

Yes, of course. He is his own entity.
The entire reason the Scriptures tell us that we are going through this flesh age, is because of the great war that satan started.
Denying that satan exists is almost as bad as denying that Christ exists. One is just as real as the other. A spiritual war is on....
Even if you believe in Christ, if you don't believe in the very enemy of Christ, what possible good would you be to Christ as a Christian soldier in that spiritual war?
To sum it up; Either you believe in the Word of God, or ya don't. There isn't any gray area here.

No. Why not? Well, common sense for starters. Also because I think psychologically the devil is a transference of people's guilt. It's not them that are bad, it's the devil.

Absolutely. He's described in the Bible as a fallen angel and he's in direct opposition to God and his heavenly and earthly organisation. In Revelation 12 it explains how he's misleading the earth and how he knows he doesn't have much time left. It all makes so much sense to me, considering the state the earth is in - the Bible describes him as the ruler of the earth.

I believe in Satan, the enemy - that's the devil right? Beelzebub - Lucifer - whatever name you want to call him. Yes, I believe in his existence - just as I believe in the existence of God. I follow GOD/Jesus though. Good will always win over evil in the end!
