Well as much as I don’t want to be one of those people who ask about their religious dreams on here, this one has been bugging me. On night of Feb. 24 I had a dream where I was in this small, gray room. It was full of cobwebs, and covered in cobwebs was a table. The table looked long enough that 5 people could fit on one of the longer sides, along with 5 chairs, but only one chair was there. In this chair was a skeleton, positioned to look exactly how Jesus looked at the last supper (in the painting). He was wearing the same clothes as he was in the painting, and his expression in that painting perfectly matched that of the skulls (obviously, skulls in real life are expressionless). I looked, and strangely, I wasn’t scared. I looked down at the table and in front of him was a knocked over gem studded (old, dull-colored gems of dark blue and red) silver glass with a small amount of blood pooled inside of it. I turned to the wall on my right, and more blood was spattered all over a 3 by 3 ft. area of the wall.

That’s when the fear kicked in and I ran out of there (it could have just been wine, but I felt like it was blood and after all, wine “is” his blood). The next day I came back with someone (some man I don’t know, who seemed to be acting suspiciously), out of the fear of being in that room alone, but it wasn’t long before he had the same reaction I had, and ran out. I followed. The day after that I came back to the room, alone, to get a sample of the skeleton (in the dream I remember that my goal was to get a DNA sample, so maybe I was planning on gathering some blood), which I can only assume I was planning to have carbon-dated.

But before I could do anything, my dream flashed me to a scene of me in an elementary school classroom, full of kids, and a teacher behind me (she was surrounded in pretty dim light, almost as if she didn’t want me to see her), watching me with curiosity. Confused at how I got there, I looked around and saw that I was holding a cheap-looking glass frame with gold colored borders in my hands, right over my abdomen. I looked at what was inside the frame and saw the pinky finger (or thumb) of Jesus in it, on top of a few sheets of what appeared to be finely woven pure cotton or silk. Then I woke up.

Sorry this was so long but I’m a detail-oriented kind of guy. Please, no answers on how long it was (even though there’s only 521 words) and how you didn’t read it. Oh and also this was like two or three days before I ever heard of that guy supposedly finding the bones of Jesus in an ossuary, making the dream all the more strange. Any ideas on what it means?

inteleye, my faith in God is already tremendous, but you raise a good point, maybe i should try to become closer to Jesus, as my faith in him isnt as large as the faith i have in God. Definetely something to consider...

Whenever you ask for a dream interpretation, you end up with as many interpretations as there were answers. This only underscores the fact that you are the best interpreter of your dream.

You are on the right track to correct interpretations though, as I cannot but marvel at the details you provided. Many times, the clues are hidden in those details.

I suggest you start a dream journal, together with what you think the interpretations are. The best time to record a dream is as soon as you realize you just dreamed; if it means writing in the middle of the night, so be it, for you lose details when you wait till morning.

When you go over your journal in a month or two, you may be surprised that what had hitherto appeared to be mumbo jumbo has started to make sense. You will get better with time. I wish you good luck.

7 days before the flood, God told Noah when the rain would begin. I think God is preparing us for something important and training us to understand our dreams. Expect your dreams to become future events. Or expect your dreams to give a message for the next 7 days. If God is preparing you and I think He is, your dreams will be like reading the newspaper in advance of the happenings. God says I do nothing until I tell my prophets first.

Russia is siding with Iran and this is Biblical. Reading the Bible is better than reading or watching the news.

Perhaps Jesus is calling for you to move closer, and to start doing the will of God by teaching.

Yes you had a premonition of what was to be found and how it would effect teaching at school.
