Its a Liberty with a DeHaviland prop. It's also called the DeHaviland prop stamp.

Ray, I could be wrong, but I don't think that is the Jenny. The Jenny's radiator bottom is straight across and the one on the stamp is curved. It looks more like the DeHavilland DH-4B which used to be one of the first airmail aircraft.

Can't be positive, but it looks a lot like the old Curtis Jenny.
