Remington Bolt action 30/06 is what I'm comfortable with. I have shot it at 500 yds and can hit a 1 ft circle everytime I would like to try a 1000yds some time

1000 yards, huh? 300 magnum is up there, probably the most accurate. My Savage 111 in 30/06 is easily capable of shots at that distance, but I'd certainly recommend replacing the Simmons scope it came with for shots like that..

45-120 Sharps, It was a round that came from the 45-90 Sharps and in my eyes is priceless. I came across one 6 years ago and have shot it several times. 800 Yards is the max I have fired.

don’t for get all the wildcats I like them too.
I do believe the 308 has won the most 1k matches last time I checked.
That my choice.
