Hasan - Keep putting things down on your list. Each night, go over the list just before you lie down to sleep and think of each item as you are falling to sleep.

Our brain goes through a process of changing short term memory (the name of someone you met today) into long term memory and for many reasons this can go awry. I have found the "bedtime" cure to be the best...and I still have to keep lists, so don't give up.

THEY SAY, if you drink 2 cups of green tea a day and eat a cup full of bluberries a day, your memory will improve a great deal.
