Hahahahah so you still like your ex? Come on girl .. i'm sure you can get a way better guy than him!! If MOST of your friends think that he's a jerk than he probably is. And what about the reason you guys broke up? It sounds like he broke up with you and if he wasn't such a jerk, he wouldn't have done that. And if you want your friends to know that you don't think he's a jerk, then just tell them. I'd reccomend that you tell ONE or TWO of your closest friends how you feel about him and give them reasons why. Then allow them to explain their opint of view and then make a wise decision as to if you should make a move on him again.
But I still think you should move on. Ex's are a thing of the past and there are plenty of fishes in the sea. Plenty of hott fishes lol

Well then thats why they think he's a jerk. What did he do that was so bad?
The truth is that if all your friends hate him...of coarse you cant go just on your friends word. I have dated boys that one or more of my friends didnt like but what matters is if YOU like them.
However, he is your EX for a reason...and my guess is that while in a relationship he screwed up badly...
So why do you want him back? I think it may just be that you dont like being alone. But DONT SETTLE.
Be confident..guys can sense that.

Honestly ask yourself what his good and bad qualities are. Look at the list and ask if his good points outweigh his bad points. Ask if he is willing or capable of changing any of the bad points to good ones.
In the end, it is your decision. If he's your ex, you should already know him well enough to know if he's a jerk or not. Don't like him just to have someone in your life. Develop the spiritual and emotional strength to stand on your own.

Uh, he's your ex for a reason. Either you dumped him for a reason, so why still "really" like him, or he dumped you, in which case, forget about him still.
If your friends think he's a jerk, chances are he's a freakin' jerk. Friends/loved ones tend to see things you'd blind yourself to.
So what should you do? Move on already.

I was going to say your friends need to back off until I read he was your ex. You broke up with him for a reason. You should never go backwards. An ex should stay X'ed.

wow i had th same prob. but then lyk he asked me out i didn't answr him yet and then he told my friend tht he took it back. so then he asked me back out on th fone. then i told him no. but i think u shood think about wat u r doing b4 u make th decision. jus think about y u guys r ovr in th first place. how did he treat u and wat did he think of u? aftr u guys were ovr wat happened?
