Don't really like nuts but I have grown a liking to salted peanuts or pistachios. Weird!!

pecans and pistachios. Really though, I like pretty much all nuts. Walnuts are probably my least favorite, but I prefer them to pine nuts when making pesto.

I like the inside of the pumpkin seed. I have been seeing this nut a lot in trail mix lately. It is a green nut for of like a sunflower nut, but a little bit bigger and flat.
