I told this guy i like him, he didnt say anything back. He stare at me, talks about me with his friends, tries to make me jealous, gets shy when talking to me and has even followed me a few places. I have a gut feeling that he does like me, and my friends say they can see it, but i dunno, does he like me and if so, what is he doing?

I think he does like you and may be so painfully shy that he doesn't know how to start a conversation. It will be up to you. Don't come on too strong, but consistently talk to him and help him feel comfortable around you.
If he's following you, he may have stalker tendencies, so be careful.

It sounds like he is trying to gather the nerve to speak to you, really talk with you...
You need to get him in a spot WITHOUT others around and talk to him...to see what's going on...peer pressure is pretty strong with you kids...our friends are important to us
You two need to take a walk or meet somewhere without "friends" around to simply chat and find out if you two interest one another to have a real friendship...
