I have Picasa but I'm looking for others :-)

They have a bunch of picture editing software.

Some are only trials that you can use for a limited amount of time. But some of them are free !

Try GIMP, there is a Windows and Linux Version.

It is very sophisticated and useful. It is on par with Photoshop.
