What is the latest version of Flash plugin for IE?
Adobe.com installs 7 on my IE? Where's 8? I know 9 installs on netscape/mozilla browsers.

No - it will not download v9. Various pages even show the v9 download as grayed out - ive tried it multiple times only to get v7.
Also i see things about v9 on adobe site that say:
"Browser: Firefox, Safari, and Opera"

ok - thanks - looks like their Adobe.com web check is buggy as is either IE's or Adobe's plugin process for IE - had to do a lot of deleting of old and restarting B.S. to finally install 9.

Version 9 is the latest. That's what I have installed on my IE. Adobe should install version 9 not 7, seeing as how that's the older version.

Just go to the abobe web site and you should be able to download adobe 9.
