& David Felt real Bad & Admitted it was a Sin & Repented

So even Though David was already Married
He Married Bethsheba Too

I Think He Already Had more than one wife Already

But God Never Gave Him a Hard Time About Multible Wives

& I've Never seen in the Bible where it says Not to

According to the Bible it is okay to have several wives, unfortunately Criminal law trumps the bible in most places in the world.

It's permissible to have more than one wife in societies that are male dominated and women are not permitted to work for money. Therefore they need a husband to survive. In those societies a man has to prove that he can afford to keep all his wives in the same equal status and support them and any children born to these women, equally for as long as he is married to them.

first of all it is a commandment-thou shall not commit adultery.

second of all- genesis 2:24 says: For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and they will become one flesh.

God's idea of marriage is tying two people together as one into an awesome, PERMANENT LOVE RELATIONSHIP.

I also advice that you pray about it sincerely.

No it is not ok how about when God says to be faithful to one wife and how do you know God was ok with it when the whole life of David is not in there I think you need to read a lot more in the Bible before commenting just FYI

Well, look at the outcome of the biblical polygamy. Mostly bad stuff. Just like there is slavery in the bible doesn't necessarily mean that slavery is "biblical". It's historical. So while there may not be anything specifically that says "one spouse", I beleive the historical outcomes that are shown in the bible should be enough to interpret it as "one spouse is enough".

God made Adam just one wife. It was the culture of the "worldly people" to have more than one wife, but God never condoned it. Abraham had just one wife, Sarah, until Sarah gave him her handmaid , Haga, so he could have a son! Ishmael was not the promised son - Sarah finally had him (Isaac) when she was 90 yrs. old! Abraham taking matters into his own hands and having Ishmael, was the beginning of the Israelis and Palestinian conflict that's still going on!

Move to Utah & convert to Latter Day Saints. It is still legal in a few counties there.

i think it is ok as long as the women are in agreement with it . I think its wrong how some polygamous societies treat women like cattle and marry them off at young ages, that said i think its really smart to form a family where their are many women to care for the children and provide support. As long as the women are allowed equality and a right to education as girls, polygamy is what God wants us to do .

its the best way to be fruitful and multiply

ya know if you want to have many wives, do not justify it with using the bible. have enough balls to just say i wanna have many wives just because i wanna get my dick wet with different puss every night, and be freaky, dude do you even go to church? you just don't want feedback like mine, well deal with it, it takes a real man to desire only one woman.....
