Absolutely not. When a woman asks a man out, it doesn't mean anything other than she is a free-thinker, liberated, and maybe yes a little more aggressive than your average "bat-the-eyes-and expect-them-to-come-to-you" girls. A woman like that (asks men out) just means that she is not afraid to make the first move, and may want to be the one with a little more control (not total control, but some). It also doesn't mean that she will automatically succumb to your sexual advances on the first date. Just take it easy. She apparently likes you or she wouldn't have asked you out. Give it time. On the other hand if all you want is sex, then you should be up-front enough to tell her. But don't be surprised if she tells you to go find meaningless sex somewhere else.
There is also one other possibility. Maybe she just wants a date for the sex too. People think that only men are capable of meaningless, emotionless sex. But it's not true. Women are capable of the same thing. Let her set the pace of the date so you can kind of figure what she's about. Good luck.

No way! It just means she likes you and she wanted to go out with you (and not wait around for you to do it). A girl that asks you out is probably just as much of a lady as a girl who lets the guy ask her out. Respect her and show her a good time. You should never expect sex or too much on the first date. Any girl (or guy) that does that so soon is probably not looking for anything more than something physical.

Don't take that train of thought for granted as you may scare her away. Some women are very independent. They aren't afraid of asking a guy out. However, that does not suggests she doesn't have a solidly intact value system. Don't read things into her making the first move.
