why not take a chance whats the worst that could happen but if u do decide to make sure u chat her up in a decent way. you have to convince her that your not just another crazy or desperate guy that she has probably met loads of.

Yep, being a girl who hates to try to chat folk up, I think you should go for it.
You wont know until you ask. The worst she can say is no, and thats not the end of the world.....

invite her for a coffee or start a conversation over a book shes looking at. then try to chat her up dont tr to be friendly your not looking for a friend be oving and flirty. but make sure shes single.

You obviously like her,Just pluck the courage up and ask her if she would like to go out for a drink with you some time.
If she says no,then leave it.........however if she says yes have a great time.
