It won't be rotten but it does have the possibility getting you sick. If you hard boil an egg, you need to properly refridgerate it after it's cooked to stop harmful bacteria from releasing enterotoxins that can give you food poisoning. Easter eggs should be refridgerated before placing outside to find.

No, the Chinese have preserved eggs that are black, and quite tasty. It takes about 6 months to get that way.

No, it can actually last for many days, if it is hardboiled. And the shell is on.

No problem.
It takes days for something to even begin to rot. If you mean to go "off" the answer is still no but it would have been better to refrigerate

No it will be fine,on Easter we have hard boiled eggs out for hours for the hunts...without the shell it might not be very good though,.,.,

no-at room temp eggs will be fine for one or two days-must be eaten by end of 2 days-don't leave out for two days and refrigerate

NO............but leave it for 5-6 days and your stomache will tell you all about 'spoiled eggs'
