yes, from the old sautee store in Georgia, when I was a kid we went to see the leaves change in appalachian mountains, in the fall, I cant remember the name of the city, but we travelled to Helen and Plum Nelly, if I remember correctly. Seems to me there was a soda machine outside old Sautee store, cost about a dime. My favorite drink ever. I always thought it might be chokecherry , but just a guess..

Yes, it was a non-alcoholic, cherry flavored drink from the late 1800s. It started in Georgia and was very popular in the early 1900s.
