On March 2nd, my birthday, i stayed with a friend of mine for like 2 weeks to help her and her mother with a house that there getting ready to put of for sale. Well my step-father told my mother that if i was going to be here all the time, to come and get my **** and dont come back. Well my mother was pissed at him at first, and didnt know why he was acting like that, and now she is taking his side. I mean, im 20 yrs old, and dont get me wrong i love them both, but why would he just come out the blue and say that? Im helping my best friend out, and im the one that ends up screwed over for helping a friend. I dont want to move out, but i do...confused here....help me out...

you don't say how long they've been married, but he probably wants it to be just the 2 of them. put yourself in their shoes for a moment. you're 20, not 12. it's time you found your own place. Get a roommate and find a place. You will value your independence and freedom when you live on your own. good luck.
