...Muslims remain blinded by the contradictions of the Q'uran yet are quick to point out the contradictions of the Christian Bible? Isn't it obvious by now that both of these books were created by men to control the masses and distract the individual from finding their true place with God/Allah?

Well dont blindly say there are contradictions in the Quran without even seeing one. First find one then talk about it. Well both the books are sent down by God, but the Bible has been changed by the people to suit their own lives, meanwhile Allah says the Quran will remain unchanged till teh Day of Judgement. And im sure none of you can find any contradiction in the Quran. People just come up with fake errors and call it an error.

First, there is a tremendous difference between those books, both in content and in style. Style can mainly, I believe, be blamed for the Muslim not seeing contradictions in the Koran.

Having read the Koran, I noticed that it is highly, highly repetitive and has maybe four themes in the entire book. These are repeated over and over again with continual threats of hell and other horrible punishments. To make matters worse, in the original Arabic language, it is written in rhyming jingle style so as to get thoroughly stuck in the head. It is arguably some of the worst brainwashing I have ever witnessed, and nothing other than a sense of duty or abject fear would get the average westerner to wade through it - it is so repetitive as to be BORING BORING BOOOOORING.

I will not bother to take time to defend the Bible, not because it's indefensible, but because I just don't feel like it at the moment. There are plenty of credible Christians around, I will let them deal with your second point.

And vice-versa. I have always maintained that IF there was a god, that it would not be found in books or religious institutions.
