before (3 years ago) and when we first met said he had no kids...his schedule doesnt seem like he does...but isnt that strange for a 31 yr old man to not have a child when he was married before...or am i just making these things up to sabotage something before its begun when this guy is the first good guy i've dated in a while

Most guys aren't ready for kids in their twentys because they are too much of a kid themselves. He may not want kids, period. His former wife may not wanted or could not have kids.
I would focus on what he is showing you and enjoy yourself.

It is not that uncommon for a man not to have children. They may not have wanted children at the time or either one may have fertility issues. It seems as though you are worrying too much about things that don't exist. Step back and really look at the situation. Your concern is that he didn't bring children into your relationship, not really a problem. Sit down and talk with him. Ask him if he wants children in the future. Decide whether or not you want children. Just talking about things may help you a lot.

Not all couples have children. most men dont have children till they're about 30 and you say you met 3 years ago and he was married before you so he might of been like 25 when he was married, quite young for an average man to have children.

Maybe he didn't want kids, not everyone wants kids and 31 for a guy is still young enough to have kids. I'm married, 5yrs and my husband and I decide we don't want kids, we love them but work too much and don't want to give up our quality of life travelling, buying what we want etc.
