Who do you consider the best fighter in the game right now?

Who would you say is the best fighter in UFC or in Pride, and if not a certain individual then the top few? You can define best in your own way, so please explain why you think so when you answer. And maybe an answer of the top per weight class would be suffice.

HW: Fedor, he's the man right now..also Crocop is nothing short of amazing


LHW/Pride middleweight:chuck liddell, Dan Henderson and Wandy...also rampage is pretty awesome, o ya Antonio Rogerio Nogueira is quite the fighter!



Middleweight(ufc): Anderson Silva and (i hate to say it) Rich Franklin, also I like Mike Swick..

Welterweight: GSP is a mini-God as long as his ego stays at level, he wont lose..Royce Gracie is still amazing...Kazushi Sakuraba is a PRIDE legend



LW: my boy Takanori Gomi!! I also like Nick Diaz and Sean Sherk

that about sums it up!!! in my eye's anyway

Fedor is the most dominant fighter in the game. Its hard to find a fighter who could even be competitive with him.

Fedor for Pride, and Chuck Liddell or GSP for UFC.

For his weight class I love St. Pierre... he is a true all around fighter with great skills, is strong, athletic, and has great stamina. These things combined, in my opinion, are what make a great fighter. Other favorite fighters: Cro Cop, Couture, Vera

Theres too many out there to name them. Fedor and the Iceman come to mind when we talk about skill level and achievement though for current fighters.
