I'm 14 and i weigh 112lbs and I'm only 5'1! how can i tone my body or loose weight? any tips or websites would be greatly apprieciated. I get called fat a lot and i believe im the fattest of all of my friends.
its not that I want 2 be a size 0 I think that that is too skinny. I would just like 2 have a little nicer body for when it comes 2 dresses, skirts, and swim suits. and of course the obvious boyz

Ok, well I would start by eating more healthy....avoid the carbs like bread (unless whole wheat), rice,pasta, crackers, sweets, etc. Eat salads, lean meats, lot of fruit and veggies...also, start walking for exercise.

Get out your MP3 (if you have one) and walk around the block...this is great for toning legs and burning fat. You can also do some crunches, squats, lunges and maybe pick up a 5lb. dumbbell for arms. Are you parents aware of your feelings? If not, talk to them and maybe either one or both would help you out - go walking with you, etc. Then it could be a family thing....I wish you luck, hon. I was there too :-)

** I'm not going to give you the usual "Be happy with yourself at whatever weight you are.....it's what's on the inside that matters" speach....not because I don't believe it, but because I remember what it was like and it doesn't help. Feeling good about yourself is what will help.

Well to start with, what you name yourself on yahoo avatars "hate me" is dangerous, loosing weight begins on the brain, If you suppose you'll be able to drop 25 lbs, you are going to, and announcing "two fats four boyz" is dangerous, you shouldnt desire to unfastened weight simply for the reason that the lads will such as you larger, you shouldwant to do it to your wellbeing! Try strolling, most effective consuming a thousand energy an afternoon, run a minimum of a million/two a mile an afternoon, or become a member of a health club, GOOD LUCK!

I bet your a beautiful girl! You shouldnt worry what other people think about you. Im 20 & im 5'1 & weight 110 lbs. I want a toner body so, i workout at the gym 3 days a week & i try to eat healthier foods. Just be happy w/ who you are. If you want to tone up then do it for yourself not for anyone else! ;)

Oh my effin gosh you are not fat!!! I'm around your weight and people think I'm skinny. Seriously don't lose weight because of what your friends say. Your friends probably are anorexic. I wouldn't recommend you losing weight just to fit in with your friends. Take it from a 16 year old . Good Luck!!

It seems like you have some self esteem issues. You are pretty close to a normal weight for your height, so i don't see how people are calling you fat, unless they are jealous, hateful or both. It's still a good idea to adopt a healthy lifestyle and eat better and exercise, but try not to be so hard on yourself. If people don't like you for who you are they are not worth your time.

Hun, you are perfect just the way you are. Don't be in any rush to get that body you see in the magazines. It'll come in time. And if guys don't see how amazing you are with the way you look now, then screw them.

try to go swimming. it helps relieve stress and helps you lose weight. don't worry about wearing a bathing suit just wear shorts and a T-shirt until you fill comfortable enough to wear a bathing suit

just get into doing somthing physical, like dancing or sports, and kinda watch what you eat, dont eat alot of sugar foods, calorie drinks, or refined carbs, eat more like fruits and vegetables and alot of chicken or fish..red meat is ok too,
