Some bubbles, sidewalk chalk or some playdough that comes in an easter egg are a few things you could get.

A coloring book and some washable crayons for the 3 yr old would be a useful gift and also inexpensive. As for the 18 month old, maybe some inexpensive outside play toys, such as a pail w/shovel. Aren't neices and nephews sooooo sweet, and you can send them home to mom and dad when you start getting tired.

Niece: a pretty pink bonnet, or stuffed toy rabbit. Small chocolate bunny.
Nephew: Blue rattle toy or ball that makes noise when it moves, A bunny look like sucker/lollipop (small), or a nice Easter outfit for either.
These are inexpensive and thoughtful!
