My cat is 4 months and he had worms when i got him. Tiny white worms, mainly when he sleeps. He doesn't have fleas at all. I stopped giving him wet cat food and less treats to maybe help them go away. I give him a liquid dewormer and they go away for a week or so then return. But everytime they'd dissapear and even when he has them, whereever he lays there would be little yellow seed looking things all over. What are they? And how can i get rid of the worms?

you ever hear of a vet? Just call an ask. That's a question they will probably answer for free.

Take a fresh sample of his poop to the doctor, let him check it and find out exactly what type of worms he has. This way, the doctor can give you the correct medication to treat the worms. After you are done giving the medication, bring another stool sample back to the vet to check.

Be sure to keep the litter box extremely clean, he could be stepping in his own poop then reinfesting himself. If he's an outside cat, he can be eating something that is giving him the worms (mice, squirrels etc). If you have more than one cat, ALL of the cats need to be treated for the worms, otherwise they can be cross contaminating each other.

Yep, those are worms. Over the counter remedies don't generally work, usually only temporarily, and they come back. You should take him to the vet, and they can give him a pill or an injection, that gets rid of them quickly. They will generally pass in his stool. Make sure you vacuum your house thoroughly, and wash all your bedding. Are you sure he doesn't have fleas? If he has fleas, this can aggravate the problem, and the fleas need to be taken care of in order to get rid of the worms. Make a vet appointment and take care of everything all in one stop.

There are different kinds of worms, and they can require different medications to kill them. You need to take him to the vet to be sure and get the proper medication.

I don't know about the little yellow things, but my guess is that they are the worms. They would die and dry up after coming out, so maybe they get yellowish as they dry up? Ick!
