Yes, you will lose weight that week. BUT at some point you have to go back to regular eating and you'll gain it all back...and most likely a bit more. This is such a tired old saying, but it's so true - the best way to lose weight and KEEP IT OFF is through a balanced diet and plenty of exercise. Eat less, move more.

Please be careful with this type of behavior because you can cause problems with your metabolism later in life. Trust me on this! It may seem harmless now, but it could come to haunt you later.

Yes you would but it depends on what kinda fruits you eat and how much you eat. The whole idea of losing weight is to decrease food intake by lessening the calories consumed so your body would eventually burn fat for energy, which causes you to lose weight.

So if you eat too much fruit your body will just use the sugar from the fruit for energy and you wont see a difference.

Not to mention what you are trying to do is extremely bad. If you really wanna lose weight eat less or small portions and workout. Spend at lease 45 minutes on cardio and you should lose weight slowly up to 1lbs per week and keep that weight by leading a healthy and active lifestyle.

Good luck sweetie!

You'll lose water weight, yes, but probably not a lot of real weight. In order to lose real weight, try spanning a fruit and veg diet with lean meats only over two or three weeks, plus some exercise each day.

no and i think its unhealthy remember in school about 2 nd grade the teacher showed up this pyramid thing that said fruits and veg tables, dairy, meats and poultry, fats and sugars, and breads. well that's how you lose weight the problem is people over portion there consumption of each of these. id say in the next week eat a healthy breakfast a small snack good lunch small snack nice dinner and another small snack. exercise two times a day for the next week along with this drink 8 glasses of water. you probably don't eat this much on a regular basis but if you see those women who run alot or those men built and sexy. they consume up to 3500 calories a day cause your body needs it and burns it off with exercise, if you only eat fruit which contains alot of sugar Natural , that's why they say its good for you, then think how much sugar your eating this makes no sense, and you wouldn't give your body any energy to exercise or burn this sugar off. why eat at all for a week.

In short yes. But be careful. Your body does require fuel to meet its needs. By consuming water and fruits (which also contains quite a bit of water) will be flushing a lot of the nutients from your body. Try to not just do water and fruit the entire week, try to put together at least one healthy meal a day. This meal does not have to be huge but try to hit a bit of proteins, and a strict portion of complex carbs. Hope this helps

No because your body wont have enough food or the right nutrition amounts and varieties to be healthy so it will go in starvation mode making you gain weight before you lose any. Eating a balanced diet with tthe right amount of calories will lose you weight, dont cut out all fats its bad for you.

Yes. Even if you eat a ton of fruit and do little physical activity, you should lose some weight. If you eat a moderate amount of fruit and weigh between 200 and 250lbs, i suspect you will lose 3 pounds or so
